Dear Erica Specially Pis adorable, we are glad we’ve met her. She made me think of my grandmother from Brittany and we felt like if we were at home. It was pleasant to discuss with her and when I told her we planned to go to Ireland next year with my parents (because I love Ireland too), she told me she was Irish ! it added something special, life is like this, plenty of gifts ! Angels were with us since we discovered London with a wonderful blue sky and bright sun! It was great ! The only thing as we said to P. is, life in London is overpriced … and it is really too much crowded. Unbelievable … I really saw the difference since I went last time in 2007 at the same time. Fortunately Hyde park is still so marvelous, all flowers blooming …
Thank you again for all.
Warm regards Hello Erica,
Dear Erica, Good Morning Erica, Erica good afternoon, I wish to thank both of you! The first impression of my host family was great. I was warmly welcomed after a long journey, not only because of the delicious chocolate cake and the hot cup of tea. As I spent my third semester in London I was looking for a nice family. Actually I planned to look for a flat with other students to get in touch with people of my age but from day one I felt really comfortable in the family so I decided to stay. Especially V was very helpful in any event. While I was looking for an internship she provided me with contact details or helped me with my CV. The six-year old daughter S is really adorable and makes you laugh with her kind nature. They always gave me advices where to shop, where to eat and what to visit. I guess, it's one of the greatest advantages when you live with a local family. As well the invitation to a barbecue, a TV evening with popcorn or the nice family dinners made me feel very welcome during my London time. Although I felt as a part of the family, I had all freedoms and never felt controlled or hemmed. They involved me just about right. The fact that they always have two students from abroad, I got to know a nice Chinese student. We cooked dinner together or discovered London. So although I lived with a young family I had also someone in my age. A perfect combination. The typical english house is relatively centrally located so you're in 20 minutes in the centre of London, it's a friendly neighborhood with very different people. I lived in a small but lovely room with all I need, a huge bed, a desk, television... . So i could stow all the stuff I bought while I was living there. I could use the kitchen with all appliances and had a compartment in the cupboard and the fridge. I would highly recommend this family to all people who want to stay in london for a few months. I think I am really lucky that I got to know these lovely people. Helpful, nice and warm-hearted. I guess living with them can definitely decrease your homesickness!
Hallo Erica,
Dear Erika,
Dear Erica, Dear Erica, I could not have found a better place
and nicer lady in London. She was also very kind and patient with
Linda, my daughter, who does not speak English much, being dyslexic.
I will tell the persons I know about You and Your Agency. |
